Robert founded FMCP after two decades spanning Gulf Coast industrial operations, energy sector business development, and middle-market M&A. He has direct experience managing fabrication and manufacturing operations serving the Gulf Coast energy and maritime markets, and has led or participated in more than a dozen business acquisitions. He holds an MBA from Rice University.

Catherine leads capital formation, deal structuring, and financial operations at FMCP. She brings 18 years of experience in structured finance, asset-backed lending, and middle-market transactions, with a focus on industrial and manufacturing businesses. She previously led industrial lending at a major regional bank.

James is FMCP's operating partner — the person who works directly with acquired businesses to improve throughput, build teams, and strengthen customer relationships. He spent 15 years running fabrication and industrial service operations across the Gulf Coast before joining FMCP, including as COO of a multi-site fabrication company.

Priya leads acquisition sourcing and business development at FMCP. She has 12 years of experience in middle-market M&A and business development, with a focus on industrial and manufacturing sector transactions.
